Access
Open on Saturday 4 October from 12am-6pm and on Sunday 5 October from 10am-4pm. Ticket service: €10 pp (day ticket), €16 pp (weekend ticket). Cash desk: €12 pp Children up to 12 years and wheelchair attendants free. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Papendal. Please take this into account.
By car
Hotel Papendal is centrally located and easily accessible by car. Whether you are coming from Utrecht, Apeldoorn or Eindhoven, you can easily reach Hotel Papendal from the A50 or A12. When you drive onto the grounds, follow the signs to the hotel. Parking is free.
Public transport
From Arnhem Central train station, take bus line 105. Get off at the Van der Valk/Papendal stop. When you cross the crossroads, you can reach Hotel Papendal in a few minutes.
Public transport and free bus shuttle
From Arnhem Central train station, take bus line 105. Get off at the Van der Valk/Papendal stop. On Saturday from 10.30 am to 12 noon and on Sunday from 9.30 am to 11 am there is a bus shuttle at hotel van der Valk that will take you to hotel Papendal free of charge. On Saturday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm and on Sunday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, the same bus is at Hotel Papendal and will take you to Hotel Van der Valk free of charge.
